Rick Barwig, President and CEO
Rick Barwig is responsible for setting corporate strategy and aligning corporate resources to meet that strategy. Together with the Computer Connections senior leadership team he is focused on delivering world class solutions to the market. His dedication to customer satisfaction and the thoughtful application of technology to solve business problems are keys to his success.
Mr. Barwig brings more than 17 years of management and operating experience to his role as CEO. His prior experience was as the CIO of Four Dimensions Inc. which was acquired by Computer Connections. Mr. Barwig also served as a Technical Architect for SeaLand, and a lead consultant for Texas Instruments, where he worked extensively in the network planning process. He has in-depth network and server design and experience combined with significant operational experience in business development. Prior to Texas Instruments, he held analyst and senior level positions for various companies.
Leonard Finch, Director of Sales
As Director of Sales, Leonard's responsible are to formulate and lead sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and significantly increase revenues for internet technology (IT) services company. Also, employ consultative sales process to understand customer needs and objectives.
Leonard has been a Technology Telecom Sales professional with 15 years developing and executing sales strategies and significantly contributing to bottom line results. Proven track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing large, highly profitable, long-term accounts. Master networker possessing extensive database of contacts built over 15 years. Leonard is an outstanding sales leader.
Bob Lawther, Senior Service Tech
Bob is responsible for managing the day-to-day service functions for many of our clients. He also leads special projects and oversees new areas of growth and applying new technology to our client infrastructures. Together with the Computer Connections senior leadership team he is focused on delivering world class solutions to the market. His eye to the future and integrating new technologies to help businesses succeed are important aspects of his day to day duties.
Mr. Lawther brings more than 19 years of management and operating experience, with over a decade of leadership in the IT industry. Mr. Lawther joined the Computer Connections senior service team during the first quarter of 2010 and has helped move the company and clients into new technology and areas of business.
Kevin Hill - Manager of Operations
Kevin is responsible for issues related to servicing your account and escalations. He is ready to ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. He will work with you the client and our staff to identify required changes and get those changes communicated to your executive team.
Mr. Hill brings 15 years of experience working his way up from a field technician for a small IT firm to Department lead of Network Services for a large homebuilder in Dallas Texas where he served for five years in their IT department. Kevin is dedicated to bringing the best in class when it comes to your IT needs.
