Network Infrastructure Changes
As your information needs change over time to reflect the evolving nature of your organization, Computer Connections is ready to help adapt your network. We can assist with infrastructure changes, no matter how small or large. Our staff of experts handles tasks such as equipment relocation, cable plant modification, hardware/software upgrades and documentation revisions.
Supportability Review
Computer Connections' Supportability Review Program, designed to prepare you for any contingency, generates a comprehensive plan for the support of your existing and/or new network. We document each device by serial/ tracking numbers and by location, then classify each by criticality and value in order to prioritize for rapid response. Computer Connections then establishes a maintainability assessment that includes manufacturer's support policies, warranty status, spare parts assessment, etc. These inputs are the determining factors for creating a Supportability Plan that includes recommendations on sparing ratios, stocking locations, returned goods management, repairs, and more.
Field Services/Break-Fix
Our Field Services team, a component of our Rapid Recovery network restoration service, is available to mobilize anywhere in the continental U.S. with as little as eight hours notice. The Computer Connections Certified Partner Network provides the other component of Rapid Recovery and can be dispatched in as few as four hours throughout North America. These combined forces can handle a wide variety of troubleshooting and repair activities to ensure connectivity.
Client Training
Enhance the technical knowledge of your own IT employees with our Client Training services. These services are designed to support your end-users during major new deployments and to support your IT staff in the installation and support of network systems. Training is available at our facility in Dallas, Texas at your site or even at a third-party location. Types of training include:
